mixed experience at the resort

missing hooks faulty shower

the peruvian restaurant offered a good dining experience. the food was well-prepared and flavorful.

the room was subpar for what is expected. the bathroom lacked hooks for towels, a simple but crucial oversight. also, the shower head did not stay in place without assistance (i had to tie a plastic bag around it).

burnt meatballs dessert delay

the staff were friendly and endeavored to help as much as possible I especially appreciated tsampikos accommodating my needs.

i encountered some issues with the food at the meze greek restaurant my meat ball starter consisted of three dry burnt meatballs with many chips the lamb main course was a disappointment i waited forty minutes for dessert it did not arrive.

helpful staff amazing food kind service

i always found the staff very helpful and kind. eleni assisted with all restaurant requests. the numerous a la carte restaurants serve amazing food. this visit marks our third since our honeymoon (and we will return again).

i noticed tables sometimes remained uncleared. longer wait times for service sometimes occurred. this improved . i feel daily fridge restocking and waiter service at the sunbeds and beach should be standard, instead of requiring an upgrade.

The room was spacious and had ample storage. a nice balcony complemented the room. the bathroom featured a big shower and beautiful design. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness with fresh water daily (i found that nice).
